Distributed Spectrum Access using spectrum manegement and game theory

If there exists no infrastructure, the Cognitive Ratios have to arrange the access to spectrum by themselves in a distributed manner mostly with partial knowledge. Each user has some information about the network, and with this incomplete knowledge, it aims to operate efficiently. To achieve that, the cognitive Ratio users need cooperation with each other. In the article, game theory and learning tools are introduced for efficient distributed schemes. The aim of this topic is to overview the challenges in distributed access and current proposals in the literature. Keywords-Cognitive Radio, spectrum manegement, spectrum sensing, spectrum sharing, spectrum decision, distributed spectrum access, game theory.
